They have silly policies enforced by incredibly rude and unhelpful flight attendants that definitely do not put the customer first. Seat comfort is awful if you're a little taller than average, especially for a long flight. Lots of additional charges and lots of annoying rules make this flight more frustrating.

Plus the backrest is hard as a wood table. It's not possible to flet the seat. It's probably the worst seat flight I haven't seen. Even worst then Ryanair.

Scoot has terrible rebooking fees. They say they dont change rebooking fees except fare difference, but what they dont say is that they charge spoilage fees, you will end up paying more than if you just book another flight. Just really terrible. Date of experience: September 11, 2023. Useful1.
