a bologna non si chiamano cappelletti ma tortellini , il ripieno é prosciutto crudo, mortadella e lombo di maiale, parmigiano , uova, sale e noce moscata , io sono stata abituata a cuocerlo più di due ore ed aggiungere un bicchiere abbondante di vino rosso, il latte lo uso per fare colazione !
