MSE has actual evidence supporting its use. AGGA and other appliances like it claim to create forward growth of the maxilla, when all that happens is teeth shifting within the alveolar bone. I agree that nobody should have a narrow palate because of its implications on breathing. We have a way to fix narrow palates and it's called MSE, SARPE.
