Have keys. Horn ring is in one piece; not broken. There is a small crack in the windshield and 2 of the flat glasses have large cracks. (NOTE: 59 Limo also available which is ready for restoration OR if using for parts, has a good windshield. The limo engine was rebuilt back in the day and also ran well when parked.)
