Been staying at the Sheraton since 1996, every year, sometimes multiple visits, lived in Luxor also. The Sheraton has the best Nile position in Luxor, the staff are excellent. If you go more than once they remember you, like you are family visiting again. Yes on occasion the service is on Egyptian time, that's Egypt, live with it.
