WHISK: Add the eggs and whisk until the mixture is smooth and a caramel color. Whisk in the yogurt, milk and then lastly the vanilla until all the wet ingredients are combined and a lightly yellow hue. MEASURE: Add the flour, double acting baking powder, cinnamon, salt & baking soda to a mixing bowl & stir to combine.

Step 4: Carefully fold in any mix-ins, in this case, chopped white chocolate or chips and strawberries. Step 5: Place the batter to the prepared tin, the wells of the tin should be about ยพ full with batter. Step 6: Bake until golden and until a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean. Do not overbake, that will make the muffins dry.
